Soothing young bodies and minds
As a kids' yoga teacher living and working in the Bromley area, my goal is to help local children to become more healthy and to learn valuable life skills which will enhance their physical and emotional well-being – setting them up for a healthy, balanced and happy life!
My classes are full of fun and imaginative games, which teach children a wide range of physical and relaxation exercises and help them to develop body awareness, flexibility and core strength. They learn how to recognise and release physical tension and emotional stress, and how to work alongside others as part of a team.
Children who regularly attend my classes have a lot of fun and make new friends, but they also benefit from enhanced concentration, listening skills, attention span, physical wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem.

About Me
Before discovering yoga, I spent over 15 years as a professional dancer and children’s entertainer, sharing my love of movement and creativity with young people. I’ve also taught dance to children aged 5–18, which gave me a deep appreciation of how physical activity can inspire confidence, focus, and joy.
Teaching kids’ yoga brings all of that together — it truly feels like a dream role. I am fully qualified to teach children and family yoga, working with ages 4–12 as well as families of all ages. In 2021, I also trained in Teen Yoga with the respected Teen Yoga Foundation, expanding my skills to support older children and young people.
I have taught in many schools across Bromley, Chislehurst, Lee, and surrounding areas, and I currently run weekly classes at Jades Pilates Studio in Chislehurst and a yoga club at La Fontaine Academy in Bromley.
Beyond schools and studios, I have a special interest in supporting children with physical or emotional challenges. This has led me to deliver workshops at the Evelina Children’s Hospital, part of the world-renowned Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.
I also love collaborating to make wellbeing fun and creative. During school holidays, I co-run Stretch & Sketch workshops with my wonderful friend Kat from The Crafty Den, combining yoga with arts and crafts. I’ve also teamed up with the talented Vicky Longley Movement to deliver unique Teen Yoga & Sound Bath workshops.
My journey so far has been about one thing: helping children and young people feel stronger, calmer, and more confident in themselves.
